Abstract: In this paper we explore the potential of applying the concept of genres in the development of E-governance web applications and hereby enhancing user experience. Specifically we propose the existence of three genres within the body of Danish E-Governance related websites, and suggest using genres by breaking or mixing them to enhance user experience.
